What to Do If Your Tracking Information Is Not Updating
It is normal for tracking updates to take 24–48 hours after shipment, especially for international orders. If your tracking number shows no results after 48 hours, or if the status has not changed for more than 5 business days, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number.
