All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Kastalune reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse any order. In the event of a pricing error or product unavailability, we will notify you via email at [email protected] and provide a full refund if payment has been processed.

4. Limitation of Liability

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your Skirts, Shorts, or T-Shirts, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Defective or incorrect items will be refunded in full, including original shipping costs, upon verification.
